By accessing this website or procuring services from Prime Innovation (part of Prime Arabia Group Company), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our services.
Prime Innovation specializes in certified industrial instrument calibration, turnkey contracting, custom fabrication, material trading, supply chain logistics, talent acquisition, and industrial sandblasting/painting. All calibration procedures are executed in accordance with traceable international and Saudi national standards (ISO, SASO, HCIS) as specified in individual technical agreements.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate technical specifications, equipment manuals, and environmental parameters for all calibration and contracting requirements. Equipment sent for calibration must be free of hazardous materials and properly packaged.
Calibration certificates issued by Prime Innovation demonstrate traceability to national or international reference standards. A certificate represents the instrument's status at the exact time of testing under controlled laboratory conditions. The client retains sole responsibility for scheduling timely recalibration intervals.
All invoices are issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to value-added tax (VAT) as per Saudi ZATCA regulations. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from invoice date unless negotiated otherwise in a formal written contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi Arabian law, Prime Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to plant downtime, loss of production, process failures, or safety incidents arising out of the use or inability to use our calibrated instruments or contract deliverables.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
Prime Innovation reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website or our services, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.
